I know we’re all making our way through December, and many of us are on cruise control through the New Year. Categorizing our inbox in “2022 problems” and “2023 problems.” I am going to issue you a challenge…and I promise to keep it short since you’re probably headed to a holiday party.

What is your outreach and communications plan for 2023? How do you want to effect change in your business and in your community through the next year? Is what you’re doing working? Do you feel like you’re hitting your personal and professional goals? What didn’t make it off your to-do list in 2022?

Did you know that “nearly 80% of marketers say their industry changed more in the past three years than in the last 50.” We’ve seen massive changes in how we can successfully reach people, but interestingly, I’ve seen huge success in outreach the old-fashioned way, meeting people where they are at. Is your business or governmental organization trying to reach a historically or economically disadvantaged community?
